Episode #18 is up now!

Hey everyone episode #18 is up now on iTunes and Stitcher Radio. This weeks episode features tracks from:

Talk Less, Say More - The Something Sonata
Based in London, Talk Less, Say More makes music that defies genres with aplomb while keeping the artistry and visionary power of ‘The Pop Song’ firmly in mind. From experimental hip-hop to electronica, from ambience to the crunch and rush of loud guitars, Talk Less, Say More is a true electronic auteur who combines stunning futuristic production with lyrics that are by turns humorous, insightful and riotously clever. From love and its loss to reflections on the metaphysical, little passes TLSM’s careful attention.

VET - Oblaka
Vet was the singer/guitarist of Diffuzzion - one of the main Moscow indie bands in early 2000s. They split up in 2007 and 3 years after he decided to start a solo project as a singer/songwriter with acoustic guitar only (and some electronics). First longplay was released in March 2013. The album was recorded at Atomino Studio in Erfurt (Germany). On that record VET played more than 30 musical instruments.

Beeing in different projects, VET toured Germany, Latvia, Czech, Poland, Ukraine, Russia and shared stage with such artists as Frank Turner, Manic Street Preachers, Billy Talent, Dirty Pretty Things, Deerhoof, Lou Rhodes (Lamb), The Robocop Kraus, Tim Kasher (Cursive).

The Humberts - Charlene
In the year 2007 two rascals Ilmo Cantell & Kata Laakso got the idea of forming a band. They were very much into punk music at the time and so they found a suitable drummer at a punk gig. Miika Leivo joined the band in 2008 but left after a couple of months because he felt that his musical expectations weren’t met. Cantell & Laakso kept playing together in various compositions.

In February 2012 the then 18-years-old Cantell, Laakso and Leivo decided to give it another try and reunited with a new band, The Humberts. The band wanted to make more versatile music than punk rock but still keep it simple and approachable. Within a year The Humberts have been producing a great deal of self-recorded demo tracks & various kinds of live performances. The band has worked hard to reach the original point of 20th century music which is to unite people and have a good time.

Heifervescent - Asleep at the Wheel
Heifervescent is essentially the solo project of Andy Doran, writing, performing and producing each track. The music has often been classed as beautiful yet sullen soundscapes, laying strong simple melodies and chiming guitars onto a bed of ambient string and hypnotic electronic arrangements.
